Our client is currently seeking a temporary Legal Counsel with expertise in UK law to join their team. This role is crucial for reviewing and updating commercial contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards. While experience or exposure to employment law is a bonus, the core of this role involves empowering the commercial team by transferring legal knowledge regarding the contracts sent to clients. 

Key Requirements: 

• Proficient knowledge of UK law (US law knowledge is a bonus). 
• Proven experience in commercial contract reviews. 
• Ability to educate and guide commercial teams on legal matters related to contracts.
