To find the right candidates for you, we trawl our database, delve into our network, post on multiple job boards, conduct online searches, and ask historic candidates for recommendations.
Longlist to Shortlist – From the longlist, we talk to each individual candidate to ensure they have the skillset you’re looking for, as well as the right attitude, ambitions, and cultural values to fit seamlessly into your organisation. We then present you with the edited shortlist so you can choose who you want to see.
Interview & Offer Management – We support you throughout the entire process to ensure it goes smoothly. For example, we provide you with feedback so you get insight about what went well and what might be improved next time. When you’ve chosen your ideal candidate, we also handle the making and acceptance of the offer.
Continued Support – We don’t just place a candidate with you and then abandon you (and them). We stay in touch for a while – from as little as 6 months and as long as throughout their careers – to ensure things are working out for both sides.
