Find Your Next Job

Are we right for you?

We’re STEM recruitment specialists based in Cambridge, UK,
and we’re highly selective about who we work with.

Our clients are in STEM sectors across the UK, North America, and Western Europe. Most of them are
in start-up or scale-up mode, make a positive impact on society, and have a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our candidates have technical software ability matched with commercial communication skills.
They can bridge the gap to translate a customer’s requirements to the R&D team and vice versa.

Maybe the best-kept secret in STEM

Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of us before. We’ve been recruiting since 2019. During that time,
we’ve filled hundreds of roles and received dozens of testimonials from happy clients and candidates.

Most people find us via word-of-mouth recommendation – the best kind of marketing there is. We’re also building our presence on LinkedIn and at online events, producing video content that adds value and demonstrates our expertise, and contacting people via email outreach.
So it won’t be long before everyone knows our name.

Gerald Carew: Founder

If you’re considering working with me and my team, you might like to know a bit about me. After all, I’ll be asking a lot of questions about you!

I’m driven to make the world a better place in a million little ways, by connecting talented people with jobs that make a difference. I also work to ensure STEM sectors become more accessible to people from all walks of life.

After over a decade in the sector, I understand the frustrations of poor recruitment and do whatever I can to make job-hunting easier and sourcing talent more effective. I keep a close eye on my hand-picked team to ensure you get the same service from each one of them as you would from me.

I’m a member of the FSB and Cambridge Network, and volunteer as the Cambridgeshire Local Leader for Enterprise Nation. I hold a BA degree in enterprise and entrepreneurial management. That demonstrates my fascination with start-up and scale-up businesses.

With work-life balance in mind, you might be interested in what I enjoy doing outside work – this includes keeping fit, cooking and eating great food, and discovering new places and cultures with friends and family. I suppose this shows I’m primarily a people person. As such, I look forward to talking to you soon.
