Gerald Carew

“Founder of InterSTEM Recruitment, lover of all things enterprising and passionate about technical application and innovation. Experienced within a number of sectors, including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Higher Education and Energy Management. I have always been passionate about connecting people and scanning the enterprise landscape for new ways to engage with businesses. With a natural ability to empathise with people and quickly understand their motivations (no matter how specific or technical), I have successfully been recruiting talent in the Cambridge market for almost 10 years within a number of sectors. My ability to listen, natural inquisitiveness and honest consultative approach has helped me stand out from the busy crowd of recruiters.

When not at work, I will most likely be keeping fit, cooking and eating great food, or finding somewhere new to explore with friends or family.”
