A Systems Support Analyst is required by a local company based on Cambridge Outskirts. The Systems Support Analyst must have passion within their role, for customer experience, company values and have extensive experience. Creativity is encouraged for basic data set up and development of their current systems, ensuring the company and the global teams are working to their most efficient.
The Systems Support Analyst will play a pivotal role providing core and first line support to the specialist team across the company. Therefore, the Systems Support Analyst needs to be accountable, confident, and knowledgeable within this position as will be resolving or escalating issues. Attention to detail and organisation is key, due to managing and documenting the full cycle of task schedules independently and as a team.
