Project Support Analyst

Overview

A Project Support Analyst is required by a company based on Cambridge Outskirts. The Project Support Analyst will be accountable for managing the IT Services and internal and 3rd Party IT Infrastructure, alongside identifying, and resolving any IT issues with documentation to support. The Project Support Analyst will be managing work tickets along with prioritisation, providing 2nd line IT Support to suppliers, end users and partners, across all device platforms.

The Project Support Analyst will be managing the full IT cycle of company devices and systems. Including security, licensing, fault finding, asset registers, internal user moves and business systems projects. The Service Systems and Project Support Analyst will also be expected to complete basic administration duties and manager internal and external customer expectations, keeping an open channel for progress updates.

Key Skills Required:

  • The Project Support Analyst will be accountable for assisting in full cycle IT Projects, with documentation of updates and new processes where required
  • Experience of working with MS Office 365, LAN, Webex, with management of MDM and AD
  • Understanding structure and configuration of an Active Directory role
  • Utilising remote working tools to diagnose and resolve IT complaints
  • Using ITIL Practices and logging of all inbound calls that have been personally handled
  • Working with 3rd Party resolver groups to manage and sign off all active tasks
  • Remote working with occasional travel where necessary to other company locations
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Full UK Driving License and own transport

Experience desired from applicants for the Project Support Analyst:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification and IT Diploma would be preferred however not essential
  • Clear verbal and written communication with customers, 3rd Party, stakeholders, and partners
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar role and environment
