A Project Support Analyst is required by a company based on Cambridge Outskirts. The Project Support Analyst will be accountable for managing the IT Services and internal and 3rd Party IT Infrastructure, alongside identifying, and resolving any IT issues with documentation to support. The Project Support Analyst will be managing work tickets along with prioritisation, providing 2nd line IT Support to suppliers, end users and partners, across all device platforms.
The Project Support Analyst will be managing the full IT cycle of company devices and systems. Including security, licensing, fault finding, asset registers, internal user moves and business systems projects. The Service Systems and Project Support Analyst will also be expected to complete basic administration duties and manager internal and external customer expectations, keeping an open channel for progress updates.
