Product Manager with a Chemistry Background

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity with our Cambridge-based client for a Product Manager who has a solid foundation in Chemistry. We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with a clear vision of the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating customer insights, feedback, and suggestions to the internal team.

Role:

  • Agree on the product development roadmap.
  • Work closely with the engineering team.
  • Communicate new features and product releases in a timely manner.
  • Support the entire sprint process from beginning to end.
  • Manage complex requirements and handle backlog effectively.
  • Foster a clear vision, drive improvements, and enhance efficiencies.

Candidate:

  • Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage demands.
  • Experience in product launch and market positioning.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas to diverse audiences and demonstrating commercial awareness.
