Our innovative approach focuses on improving the stability and uniformity of cell cultures, contributing to significant advancements in health and longevity.

Role Description

They are in search of a Scientist with a background in Material Science/Manufacturing to take a pivotal role in our Cambridge-based team. The Scientist will spearhead material science initiatives, engage in manufacturing and characterisation processes, and contribute to the advancement of our cell culture and tissue engineering projects.

Qualifications

  • A Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, plus two years of practical experience.
  • Specialisation in polymer synthesis and formulation, and proficiency in materials characterisation techniques.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials testing in relation to cell culture.
  • Demonstrated scientific problem-solving abilities and a solid history of technical accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity for both collaborative and independent work.
  • Experience with cell culture, tissue engineering, and working in a cleanroom are highly valued.
